I am a licensed CPA, with over 20 years of experience in the accounting and tax industry. I provide a wide range of services to my clients, including bookkeeping, preparation of tax returns, budgets, cash flows, communication with the IRS and MN Department of Revenue, payroll processing and filings, and initial set-up and incorporation.
The strengths I can bring to a growing business are sound financial advice, timely and accurate reporting, flexibility, and a wealth of accounting and tax knowledge. As I maintain my client’s accounting records, I also review them for possible tax implications and planning opportunities, both from a corporate and individual standpoint.
